Chainline Design Return Policy
At Chainline Design, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as simple as possible. Please review our return policy below for non-damaged items:

Return Period:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility:
Only non-damaged items in their original condition are eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at Jordan@chainlinedesign.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided.


Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions:
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
